Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping
Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping in the U.S. If items from a free shipping order are returned, a $5.99 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Free shipping applies only to orders meeting the minimum threshold after any discounts are applied.

What items are returnable?
You may return most items in a new and unused condition, with all tags and wherever possible, in the original packaging. If tags have been removed, we may be unable to process a refund. If you want to cancel/return your order, you must do so within 7 days of receipt. The 7 days will start from the day the items were marked as delivered by the courier to your desired address. Return time does not allow for any exclusion including holidays. Order confirmation email must be included in the package with the returned item.
Kai and Kelly reserve the right to deny a return for any reason we see fit.
If the item is returned outside of the time periods provided above or without the tags or order confirmation, we may refuse the return or provide a refund. In the case where a refund is refused for one of the above-mentioned reasons, goods will not be shipped back to the customer.
Items bought during seasonal sale are final sales and are non-refundable.
We do not take responsibility for packages lost in transit.

Exceptions to the Returns Policy
The following exceptions apply to our returns policy; sale and clearance items are non-refundable. Promotional items and gift cards are also non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Charges on return items
All items are subject to a 3% restocking charge per item upon return. Any returns over $500 will be subject to a 6% restocking fee. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable and customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. If items from a free shipping order are returned, a $5.99 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanging an Item
We do not offer exchanges. Items must be returned in accordance with our return policy and a new order can be placed.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 working days from the date the product arrives to our location.
